What is the price of my order?

The price per product is listed VAT inclusive (21%) and exclusive of transport costs. The transport costs are listed when the order is confirmed.

How can i make my payment?

Mollie
We are currently working with Mollie on payments and they cover almost all bank cards.
Mollie is a Dutch online payment company.

Copywhite sprl / Anne Sevellec takes your privacy very seriously. We will not sell, trade or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order on annesevellec.com, we ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address and / or delivery address. We use this information to execute the order and communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details.

Direct Bank Transfer

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Paypal

We work with Paypal, who will guide you safely through your online payment. You fill in your details, choose your payment method and a connection is made with the payment system Paypal. You can pay with your credit card.

What if my online payment fails?

Please contact us by email shop@annesevellec.com and we’ll help you further.

Do I get an order confirmation?

Yes, you well get 3 emails. One that confirms your order. This confirmations gives you an overview of the ordered products, the quantities, the price, the payment method and the delivery address. You will also receive one when your payment succeeded and a last one when your order is shipped.

How do I know when my order is sent?

When we send your order, you will receive an e-mail from us to inform you. (order, payment, shipped)

How long will my order be reserved for?

Orders can’t be reserved. If the payment has not been received, the goods will automatically go back on stock.

Companies: how do i ask for an invoice?

After you ordered your product you will get a detailed overview email with the details of your purchase. If you want a seperate form for Invoice, please contact us with the invoice request. shop@annesevellec.com

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you notice that the clothes are damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. You can contact us by phone on 0032 495 79 43 46 on working days or via e-mail shop@annesevellec.com. The product needs to be returned to Place Rouppe 18, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. Return products always need to be sent to us in their original packaging. Costs for the return are at the buyer’s expense.

When will my order arrive?

Maximum delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days

What if the product doesn’t meet my requirements?

If the product does not meet your requirements, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.

Please note: we will not accept returns that we were not notified about first. The product needs to be delivered to us within 14 calendar days. You can then either exchange it or we can transfer your money back into your account. Please make sure to clearly mention your order number and your bank details for credit if necessary. The paid amount will be transferred back into your account as soon as the goods have been delivered back to us.

Products can only be returned in their perfect, original, undamaged and unused state, in their original packaging. The return costs are always at the buyer’s expense.
